I was delighted to have the CCK team work on my behalf. I was discouraged by the advocates who supposedly help veterans with their benefits. I had one lawyer who specializes in veterans cases review my case and tell me he wouldn’t take my case. One day, while perusing the internet, I saw an ad for CCK. I started the process, they reviewed it and the wheels were in motion. They kept me informed of progress being made by them and responses they were getting from the VA. CCK asked my permission to hire an expert in the area of professional evaluation and asked him to make an assessment on my capabilities based on my medical records. Fast forward about 2.5 years and I was awarded a 100% rating! That’s something that I couldn’t achieve in 10 years on my own after trying the resources I listed in the first paragraph. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone who needs help with their case!

Ive been with this law firm for about a year now. So far all I've gotten are denial letters from the VA. Ive been told for months that my case is in the developmental stage. Last time I spoke with their receptionist someone was supposed to return my call to explain in detail why this stage was taking so long. Im still waiting going on a week. Skeptical about this firm so far.

This is Keith Jones. For all the mentally challenged that read this review, please get an education and stop whining and blaming other people, including this law firm for your own lack of awareness. I hired them on January 31, 2025. I had a total of 10% service connected disability on that day. They took me all the way to 100% disability in 5.5 months. So, yeah... they're good. Better than good. They're amazing! If they will take your case, hire them!

This place is extremely rude if they decide you can’t make them money. I just wanted to know why they wouldn’t take my case and they were no help at all. I just need to know if I should give up on ever being paid for my injuries while in service.

Unfortunately, I consumed many hours, days, weeks and months before I realized I was gaining no ground attempting to navigate and understand the VA system, regarding filing a service-connected disability claim. I was taken aback when it donned on me that VA Math is not actually the same math I learned in school. well that was disappointing. i never spoke to a lawyer but only a receptionist. They did not take my case but would not tell me why.

Waste of time

Depending on the kind of legal you need civil divorce Criminal accident I don't know what they are specified exactly but I know they do handle VA claims you might find out something your vso didn't tell you or he she didn't know nevertheless good luck! Have a wonderful 2025

Just was accepted by CCK. I see mainly good reviews and I’m hoping they’re true so just for good luck I’m here supporting my attorneys. So far my experience has been what it needed to be. The intake interview was lengthy and thorough. I made sure to mention everything that I could think of that will prove my case. Idk care if they take a year because i the damage my service has done to me has completely destroyed my life and I know I wouldn’t be able to get what I deserve without a solid team. They literally run a deal where if they win, they get a check and we get a check a month forever and if they don’t win they don’t charge you. Geez I’d give them 40% if I knew they could definitely prove my 100%

We are so happy we made the educated decision to go with Chisholm Chisholm and Kilpatrick! I just received a message from receptionist that they could not represent me without ever talking to me as a client, only contact was thru a receptionist who hung up in my face for asking why they couldn't represent me! I am a Viet Nam veteran, Total and Permanently Disabled !!! I was discharged because of my disability and was only compensated at 10% which by my records should have been at least 80%!!. I was told to file for compensation thru the VA. I did and was cut off to 0% from1974 to 2002. No compensation for 28 years!!! I when my records showed this was a permanent chronic condition at at least my discharge percentage!! I approached this law firm who claims to represent veterans and was not only turned down but was treated very unprofessionally!!! The clerk hung up in my face just for asking why they chose to not represent me!! I did talk to a supervisor who was a lot more professional, which I appreciate that but as far as the advertisement of wanting to help veterans, I beg to differ!!! I applaud those who have been helped by this firm but my experience was quite different!!

The team kept me informed through the whole process. I would not have done this ordeal without them. I would recommend this law firm to anyone in need of help with a claim. Thanks to all of my team.

CCK personnel are so professional. Always providing updates on my disability status on a regular basis. I’ve tried and also used other company to work on my case but I’d didn’t go anywhere. In one year they were able to upgrade my case from 80 to 100%. After getting my 100%, they reviewed my case and advise me that I should go back few more years for the start date of my total disability. It took almost a year and a half for the VA to reconsider my case and got it. All along they always informed me of my case. Thank you!!!

I tried these guys but don't waste your time, they will not help you. Go somewhere else and give a percentage of your lump sum award to another more deserving firm. Not everyone can be me, infantry, 3 tours, 12 years in service, almost got a general court martial for fighting back against the chain of command and fort bliss EBH for my mental health, opted for a chapter 10 (chapter in lieu of court martial) and got intstantly reduced from an E6 to an E1 and an other than honorable discharge. I did it on my own in 2016 and was awarded 80% and again in 2024 on my own to 100% after these cats wouldn't take my case. Believe it or not but, if your reading and comprhension is good and have the ability to research you can do a lot on your own. ILMB and sisters. Again, don't waste your time with these guys, all they see is green.
