I think I was given a paper to do this review but since I can't find it I'm just going to do the review on here I just want to say first and foremost thank you to miss fairburn attorneys that is they stuck with me through the entire time and years and minutes and seconds hearings and all they stuck by me they didn't do like other attorneys and firms where after they represent you and you get denied one time they drop you will shitwood and fairburn will not do that when I say they stuck by me the entire time it took over 5 years plus some more but they never dropped me.... Holly fairburn is very knowledgeable very educated in her line of work as an attorney she has been doing it for many many years she represented most of my family to be honest you will not go wrong going with this firm I would go through them time and time again not that I want to go through that process again but all the years was worth it cuz in the end I received everything that I've been fighting for honestly... I just wanted to add not only will they work with you and stay by your side until you're approved they will also educate you in a lot of things things that you need to know

Holly has been very helpful and informative. She makes me feel at ease with my claim. She's a keeper!!

I had applied for disability several years ago and was denied because of income of my husband. I called to ask a couple of questions and was given a lecture for not hiring them first, which I would be happy to do as a consult, but was instead felt I was talked down to because I hadn't pursued it after first denial. I understand their position but the last thing someone who is in pain and who has been productive all of their lives and feels horrible even asking for help needs. A little bit more understanding or just saying you need to come in for a consult would have been much better than a lecture and a talking down to. We certainly don't need that. Maybe just a bad day for that person. Anyone having to apply for assistance knows about bad days. We have them sometimes every mi nute of every day. I am sure they are good lawyers but I will not be using them or recommending them because of this.

When I say EXCELLENT...I really mean EXCELLENT....Communication was great ...Always on point.....Very professional....Would recommend ....This the way to go...

I have very mixed feelings. I went in for a meeting to fill out paperwork for my case. I feel I am having to do everything on my own and when I called to see what the next steps where the person on the phone gave me false information on my case. Someone I know has also had bad experiences with there case as well. I felt that chitwood did her job well and was nice but once my case got passed on to I believe Holly everything fell apart and caused a lot of issues I'm stilling having to deal with 3 months later.
