I contacted these folks regarding a medical case, and they emailed me back saying they do not take malpractice cases, which is fair. That said, in their response they made a point of offering me general legal advice on malpractice cases as to whether or not the particular case I was bringing to them was something that could legally be pursued. I sent them a response explaining to them the legal nature of my case since they brought it up in the exchange, and they continued to engage with me on the topic over several emails trying to explain to me why my case can't legally be pursued. I think it's illegal to offer legal advice to someone who isn't your client which is something they did in this case, and on top of that they made a point of telling me they don't specialize in medical cases but then continued to give me legal advice on that exact thing. For a company that claims to not represent medical cases, they sure seemed to be willing to share a lot about them with me. UPDATE: I can't reply on this review system so I am writing this here: the only thing that offends me is penguins that don't wear fuzzy hats and you would know that if you had taken me on as a client.

I was in a serious accident in The Mission District (San Francisco) on my bicycle that involved being hit by a car which resulted in paramedics, a major bone break, a major surgery, a multiple nights hospital stay, hardware being placed in my arm, physical therapy, and a follow up surgery (amongst many other headaches and heartaches).
