5 stars without a doubt. I received the upmost professional service from Brad S. Kept me informed regarding my case by answering all my questions, returning my phone calls within 24 hrs. and complete follow-up. It was an absolute pleasure working with this Firm.

The receptionist is top tier… Brad is as helpful as he can be since he isn’t the lawyer… Chris… where do I being? I have only spoke to this man ONE TIME, when he set up my payment arrangement… other than that he has NEVER RETURNED A PHONE CALL. I usually only speak to Brad, who doesn’t give the same information that Chris gave the ONE TIME I SPOKE TO HIM. My checks were being garnished at least 2 months AFTER i filed bankruptcy AND I didn’t get the money back(Chris said I would, Brad said he didn’t know)… I started a new job and asked for the last two payments to be taken on a different day (30th and 15th)… they took my payment on the 30th, then tried to debit my account AGIAN on the 3rd!! I felt like I was just a payment to this lawyer, I don’t feel any more knowledgeable about this bankruptcy process than when I started it. I went with this company to try and support a black business, but it really seems all he cared about was the money.

This is an unprofessional business from my stand point they are very very rude when it come to talking to the customer or handling business. The receptionist is very rude she cuts you off when in a professional conversation. Just rude These action will be reported indefinitely. They take people money without doing the job that was suppose to be done etc that’s why us as black people do business with Caucasian people cause they get the JOB DONE

So.... I gave them a 1 star for my experience. Told me that they were not going to file my bankruptcy until I took it down! I've been paying this company to do a service and it has not been rendered! How sway. So unprofessional, in there feelings over a REVIEW! SO UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL. That's not how you do business. It's my opinion on how they operate. Will be reporting to the BBB

For me, the decision to file a Chapter 13 plan was not only for my financial health, but also for my mental health. There was one creditor that purchased my debt during my Chapter 13 and tested both of my reasons for filing. If it was not for Brian and Nicole from Chris Carouthers & Associates, LLC., I would not be holding my discharge papers today. Thank you Brian and Nicole for believing in me and fighting "with" me. If you want someone to fight "with" you through this process, I would definitely recommend them.

It seems this company works more for the bankruptcy court than the client. They don’t help you or protect your privacy at all. Worst experience ever.
