Rest in Urine. Horrible law firm. Took my case in 2018 and didn't do anything until mid-2020. Not a single call, email, or text. I gave up trying to get them to work after my third drive to the office, just to get waved off by a clerk. Waste of time and energy. I had completely forgotten about the case until I got served a notice to dismiss in 2024. I had paid off the ER bill (car accident) years ago and moved on with my life, thank goodness I didn't need my legal representation to help me in my time of need. A new firm bought out Mayo's office #; I highly recommend they cut ALL ties with this poor excuse of legal representation.

The law firm changed my mind. Do not use. I broke my ankle had surgery he said he could definitely take my case Now 4 years later when I could have hired someone else I reach out with no luck and look on internet find out SUSPENSION?! Look it up, it confirms on TX state that he is no longer allowed to practice in Texas!

He has been disbarred unfortunately and is deceased May he rest in peace

CHRIS MAYO IS A THEIF! Do not use him!!! He settled my case without ever speaking to me and HE STOLE MY SETTLEMENT CHECK. This man needs to be in prison. He is a liar and a con-man. DO NOT USE HIM

Depositions were done and my case should have been settled. Covid was the original excuse for taking so long but now going on a year without them even getting back to me. Office has been closed during business hours and no call back

Horrible service has a slip and fall two yes ago and they stopped calling after we went to all the drama appointments and specialist. Its been almost a year and we haven't heard form anyone. We called and get sent to the call center that takes your number down but they never call back. We don't know what's going on with our case at all. Update it is 12/15/21 Its been over 2yrs since my accident and the allowed time of saturation has past and the case is lost. Nothing was ever done they never ever got to talk to the insurance company 🙄. All they did was send me to specialist and that's as far as my case got. This law firm should shut down license revoked.

I was injured and it affected my ability tonprovide financially for my family. Chris Mayo for 6 years had my case and he didnt do anything he promised. His staff were inconsistent in thier explanations as to why my case was Not being handled. He constantly had a overturn before Covid and afterward we were lie to constantly. He is now suspended do no use this attorney!!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mr. Chris Mayo himself and let me tell you he gets the job done. There was a brief time where of course I was impatient and frustrated because I wanted instant gratification but patience paid off. There was one time I didn’t get through to the office but I understand things can get hectic and golly, everyone there was apologetic about the missed call and they remained positive, polite and professional. In the courtroom or in the office Mr. Mayo exhumes power through the knowledge he has from his years of experience. There is a reason he has his own law firm with his name on it and it is because when he tells you he is going to make things right, he sure as hell does. I would recommend this professional, knowledgeable, confident and powerful firm to anyone who needs a lawyer who is going to win.. and not just win for the numbers, win because it’s the right thing for you.

Been 4 years since my car accident and have not heard a word from this guy been going to the office no one there I call and it rings twice and that’s it … anyone have any info on what I can do getting desperate here and very angry about this law office!!! 😡🤬

We have called and called with no follow up. The answering service apologized and ensured us that Chris Mayo office is getting the messages so they are purposely ignoring calls.

Unprofessional. He doesn't respond to messages, much less letters. I'm about to have a court hearing, and neither this lawyer nor his manager have responded to me. Thanks to someone who works in that building, I found out that the manager opens the office at closing time, clearly to avoid dealing with disgruntled clients. I finally requested a formal notice that I will no longer be using his services due to their poor quality.

It’s been 4 years going on five I call everyday and no one ever calls me back DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I even went to the office and it looked like no one had been there for months Every place that they sent me for care is now calling me saying they never received payment from this company so now I have to pay out of pocket
