Horrible attorney/guardian ad litem. Hired him for getting custody of my daughter. Wouldn't contact me for weeks unless it was about him getting paid. I asked him to file for a dismissal in July of last year and he didn't file it until September, after he took another $1500 from me which he didn't use. I didn't hear from him for almost a month when I was told that a finalized bill would come and I would get back what money we didn't use for not going to court. It is now February 14, 2025 and haven't heard from him since September of 2024. Very unprofessional and shady practice. Stay far away from him. Should be disbarred.

Chris started off as a court- appointed attorney for a contempt of in regarding to a family law matter. It was a false motion by the opposing party which later was dismissed. However, I had to end up personally hiring him to do a counter claim against the opposing party for back child support and contempt. Chris was very understanding and professional. He always return my text messages and phone calls. I’ve decided to keep him as a family law attorney because he was so great. I would recommend him to anyone that has family law issues and needs legal counseling. He even worked with us on a payment plan to pay the legal fees. Superb lawyer!

Great experience and detailed service.

Attorney Chris Smith told me he would get with me after the 4th of July and didn't contact me until the end of August saying that that was the after the 4th of July. Further, mr. Smith refuses to file any paperwork timely oh, and most of all has allowed personal injury to occur to my son while in the custody of Montgomery county children services. These injuries are to the extent of bite marks in the middle of my son's back black eye and several bleeding contusions to the top of his head. mr. Smith is a terrible lawyer and a liar who cares nothing about his clients or the kids of his clients. Who could sit around and let a three-year-old be abused with bite marks on their back and contusions to their head and not do anything about it well mr. Smith

Horrible court appointed attorney. Never returns phone calls. Never provides documents. Allows civil rights violations. Never met with me outside of court. Ignores all phone calls from my staff. Poor atttoney and even worse Guardian at litem. Allow civil rights to be violated, let other attorneys walk all over me. And cost my case.. Will be seeing in civil court. Filed numerous complaints with bar association . I fired him 32 times and he never put his withdrew in.
