Attempted to set up a consultation, however I was told by either the secretary or An answering service for his office that I needed to use just to find a lawyer for my case.

Wish I would have read reviews specific to this lawyer before going with WH Law. They took on a case for me but filed my case 2 days late. Instead of taking accountability for that, they wanted to go with the narrative that I was not communicating and not making payments. I did fall short on the payments but they wouldn’t amend the payment plan for me to continue. Now I have to find another lawyer. When I call around, all the other lawyers say they are only in it to take your retainer money and not to actually see cases through. Wish I would of knew that upfront.

Won the case. Lost everything. Every time I asked a question he replied with and automated text, "we have not received your last payment. Please update your account to process your payment". I've been paying out thousands this past year to try and recover from the damage done to me and my family. Lost my immigration process with my wife. He's happy though.

Very misleading. Paid $5000 for nothing. Did not return phone calls. Only spoke with paralegal. They lost pertinent case information and then ended my case 2 months later after asking me for a settlement amount. Left me with less than a month and 10 day to file my suit in federal court after I made my demands. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. NOT EFFECTIVE nor EFFICIENT!!

I gave Chris Burks a 2 only b/c he handled 2 cases for me & one of them had a great outcome. He won my unemployment appeal case & got me my back pay, which was great! As far as my other case goes, it was a joke. It was an employment discrimination case & I feel that I was misrepresented on that case. I was told I HAD to sign a settlement agreement that I didn’t give him authority to agree to. In the end, I walked away with a quarter of the amount he made for himself on my lawsuit. Very disappointed in the outcome of my lawsuit, but happy with the outcome of my unemployment appeal.

Chris is a very hard worker and will fight to win your case. I recommend him to anyone involved in a labor dispute. Chris is very knowledgeable about the practice area and tries to get you the best possible result.

If you are a person of color with wage issues DO NOT CONTACT chris Burke laid prolonged and didnt respond in a timely matter on a case i asked about numerous times they work against you nit for you DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME you will have to contact a professional
