I do not recommend this firm. Despite reaching out for legal assistance, no attorney ever contacted me to discuss my matter. Communication through the front desk, including with Michelle Murphy, was unhelpful and did not lead to any follow up from a lawyer. I was left feeling ignored and that my case was not important to them. I would suggest looking for a firm that is more responsive to potential clients.

Usually I’m very impressed with this law firm as they have outstanding amazing lawyers like Jonathan however my husband and I consulted with Yuchen Cook and she was nothing but pretentious and unhelpful. She said she would get back to us and when two weeks went by we finally called her. When someone needs a lawyer it’s usually a very tense uncertain time for someone which can be stressful. She made us feel unworthy of her help. She did not take the time to listen or truly talk to us about what next steps look like instead she said she didn’t call us back because we haven’t paid her when no payment was even discussed. Completely unhelpful and is unfortunately one of those lawyers that gives lawyers a bad rep. Everyone is worthy of kindness and help even if they haven’t been to 8+ years of school.
