Called. Was told I would hear back. Did not. When called to follow-up on why, i received excuses that didn't add up. Was interrupted and talked down to. How's anyone supposed to get help? (My reply to message below)> Why leave message here and not call me direct? Your staff had all the info. The level of indifference towards people who are struggling to get help is astonishing. I called looking for help getting a disability claim going for my son who suffers from ankylosis Spondylitis and mental health issues. When I mentioned my son was recently released from prison due to drug addiction I was called back and told they would not be interested in taking any case of someone released from prison. Never even gave us a consultation to plead his case or anything just profiled him because he was in prison. Very disappointed and would never judge a case like his until they had the full details.
