I found the consultation unproductive. The information provided was minimal and less comprehensive than what I was able to locate through my own online search. The person I spoke with seemed rushed and disinclined to offer thorough assistance.

After the initial consultation and submitting all relevant documents, this law firm ignored me and did not follow back. I was told the review will take 2 days. After 5 days, I called and left a mesaage since no one picked up and still haven't heard anything back (9 days). If I kept waiting for them, my case would've defaulted and I would've lost. If you need legal help, go somewhere else with your case and don't waste your time.

I recently had a truly outstanding experience with this firm that deserves special note. While attempting to extricate myself from a flawed home purchase contract, a dispute arose with the seller that could have caused considerable financial harm and mental distress. An online search for legal help led me directly to the firm’s website which clearly described their experience in contract dispute real estate matters. Although my problem had developed on Saturday, I was able to use the chat feature on the site which efficiently took my information. I was quite surprised when I received a phone call from Carl Christiansen at 9 am on Sunday. Throughout our conversation, Carl’s professionalism and amiability calmed my concerns. He provided a link to the firm’s secure document upload portal which was simple to use. Over the next 36 hours, Carl worked effectively to achieve the best possible outcome on my behalf. His fees were clear and fair. I cannot recommend Carl more highly to those who find themselves in a similar situation!

Will Rogers is a life saver. We spent two years getting to know Will and are so thankful for him. We had an excellent experience with attorney William Rogers regarding recovering some of the expenses to repair water damages caused by a contractor not following building code as verified by a structural engineer and former head of a city building inspection department. Our home was a little under 10 years old when we discovered mold damage in our lower level. We had purchased the home about 6 months after it was built from the original owner. The damage was from water slowly leaking from the deck into the walls over a period of several years. The leak was discovered when we looked for the cause of a mold smell. Behind the insulation was extensive damage to load bearing beams and wood structural panels. Extensive mold remediation was done along with ripping out insulation and replacing beams and the structural panels. We contacted the contractor who had gone out-of-business and accepted no responsibility for the damages. We hired an experienced real estate attorney to pursue a claim with the MN Contractor Recovery Fund (MNCRF) However, this attorney shortly closed his practice and we found William Rogers. Mr Rogers reviewed the case with us and informed us that we did not qualify under the law for the (MNCRF) as we were not the original owners. Mr. Rogers tracked down the insurer of the defunct contractor and negotiated a settlement with them. During this whole process Mr. Rogers kept us updated by email on a timely basis and made efforts to keep our legal costs reasonable. We very much appreciated Mr. Rogers good legal knowledge, his diligence and advocacy in finding a source for some compensation , and the ease of working with him.

They are probably a good firm, but when I reached out to them for a case consultation they came across as very dismissive and rule. I think this could have been resolved if they had taken the time to explain their rationale, but they did not. So bad customer service is the reason for this review.

I called Christensen Sampsel today to schedule a consult, and fully expecting to be directed to a voicemail, Carl promptly picked up the phone and spoke with me right then and there. I was shocked - I thought it was a pre-recorded voicemail! We spoke on the phone for 15 minutes, and Carl gave me "three prongs" of advice for my lawsuit. My case is quite small, so I did not retain Christensen Sampsel as legal counsel, but I was impressed and very appreciative of Carl's knowledge and willingness to help me.

Very kind, honest, and precise. Really appreciated the facts in the legalities of my situation. A lot of lawyers will tell you what you want to hear just to get a case.

Carl handled a fraud case for me after a judgment had been entered against me without my knowledge. The account had been fraudulently opened and Carl was able to have the judgment vacated and the account removed from my credit report. He did his due diligence and followed up promptly and appropriately.

Cannot recommend this law firm. Contacted firm regarding a consumer/construction contract problem. During the initial phone call, we were told to email the contract and a response to our questions would come in a couple of days. After 7 days passed with no response, we emailed for confirmation of receipt of the contract. There was no response. After a few more days, we called Mr. Supple and left a voicemail. Again, no response. Mr. Supple should not have agreed to review our agreement and contact us again with potential advice, if he was not willing to work with us. Mr. Supple should have shown us the minimal professional courtesy of telling us that he was not interested in assisting us with our legal issue.

Christensen Law was recommended to me through a friend. They were extremely knowledgeable and well prepared for my situation. They helped me and were affordable. I would recommend them as well.
