I got into a car accident in Parleys canyon during the winter in my new Subaru Impreza. Needless to say, I was devastated. I was also injured! I was hit by a white SUV during a snow storm which caused me to spin out of control. I eventually hit the guard rail that saved me from driving off the side of the mountain. I blacked out and woke up to a man pounding on my window to see if I was alright. I wasn’t. The other driver drove off and luckily a stranger kindly pulled over to see if I was ok. He called 911 and highway patrol came to the scene. I had really bad whiplash and some head trauma. My knee was also injured from the impact and I was so nauseous from the concussion. I was clearly in distress and I wanted the police to find the other driver. They did not do their due diligence or even attempt to locate the missing criminal. They had other wrecks to deal with from the storm. So now I was facing a financial crisis from losing my new car, missing work from my injuries, and also having to get a new car. It was a mess. I called Christian right after the accident and he signed me up the next day. His paralegal Elizabeth (the nicest woman I’ve ever spoken with) gave me instructions on where to get physical therapy and how to proceed. They ended up suing my own insurance because the driver was never located. I ended up with a new car, my wages were replaced, and I got a very nice settlement after months of excellent rehabilitation and therapy. I could not be more happy with the results and I’m so thankful I inquired about my situation that I thought was a net loss. It turned out to be a huge gain for me! Christian and his team were so professional, empathetic, and helpful in more ways than I can count. They were time efficient and I always knew the status of my case. Christian is a master of his craft and he is unbeatable even in unlikely circumstances. I wouldn’t choose anyone else over him and his team! I’m so thankful for all of them!

A bunch of lies and they never answer their phones and they promise things and dates that aren’t guaranteed, fast forward a year and a half later my case was “dropped” and I’m left with medical bills from doctors they told me to go too. Anytime they would answer their phones which was rare I was told I’d get a call back and never got a call back or the person working on my case was on vacation. I switched attorneys and received funds shortly after switching and was able to get my bills paid for. I would recommend any attorney besides them. I was in an auto accident and would recommend you go to someone who specializes in whatever accident you were in rather it’s a work accident, auto, etc.

Honestly, the service was terrible, there was a lack of communication, and he wasn't professional. The only time I spoke with that lawyer was when he cashed his check, just to confirm his payment. I don't recommend him at all. Besides, the assistants don't know how to do their jobs; they can't explain things properly and always come up with nothing but lies.

Not only was this Law Firm unprofessional, their habits and lack of communication with the people whose case they take,was very poor. I had to go through my previous law firm multiple times just to attempt to get in touch with Christian Burridge. I went nearly 1 year without hearing a word about my case from anyone over here, then he had the audacity to tell me after this long delay already that we would need to reschedule if I can't be home, not everyone has your typical 9-5 hours...It would be impossible to schedule anything with my job. He had a really dry , unprofessional and arrogant demeanor, and obviously didn't like to be told facts pertaining to setting up an appointment!
