Cathy was used for our Grandpaernts rights case.My Grandaughters dad had her appointed in our case. Also she was used in my Grandaughters custody with her mom and dad. Cathy needs to be taken off for Guardian ad Litem. She isn’t truthful! With us and our Grandaughters mom! When Me and my husband and daughter went to have a meeting with her she seems like she is on your side and told us that she thought my granddaughters Dad was brainwashing her.That they have scared her (her dad and his girlfriend) to say things that they want her to say when in fact we all ready know all of that! We showed text messages and video’s to prove they are mentally and emotionally abusing our Grandaughter!! Cathy said we should get our Granddaughter and asked what we wanted we told we seen her every week and she spent the night at our house every week to! We have a very close bond and relationship she would rather be with us or her mom then her dad and his girlfriend. She wrote a letter to the court saying that she believes 4 hours once a month and in the beginning supervised visits!!! Wow we were so shocked!! I wish we would have recorded our meeting with her to prove she is a liar and so two faced! So beware record your conversations with her and pray that she gets taken off for Guardian ad Litem!! She is not for doing what is right for these poor innocent kids my heart breaks for all of them!

My husband is so controlling that his Google account is on my phone, and I'm trying to get a divorce. These people told me, he sounds like a handful, we wouldn't be interested in representing you. So just know they apparently aren't equipped to handle a divorce that isn't amicable.

Joey used to be a family friend of mine, and at some point he decided he didn’t agree with what I thought was best for my daughter throughout my court trial.. Because of this he pushed me to drop a protective order I never wanted to drop, pushed me into a mediation I was not obligated to go to (as he told me it was required, among other things..) as well as many other legal procedures that he ran on HIS OWN path with. He would often imply it was ridiculous that I shouldn’t let my daughters father have custody and he made damn sure that happened. I have used a handful of attorneys in life, many phenomenal ones in the greater fort wayne area and had great experiences. My experiences with Joey have been sexist, scam-my, short spoken and confusing. Due to Joey, I have amassed a phenomenal ~$9,000.00 in fees that are primarily phone calls, emails, etc. that he claims are all real and necessary (it’s all upcharged). Joey was my lawyer for less than 3 months, and somehow he managed to reap 3x the costs I’ve spent in the last year with my new, more professional and kind attorney.. I’m not sure where or why Mr. Christoff decides he has the all-power, but he has damn near single-handedly ruined my life with it: between the amount of times he’s sued for the invoices he made up, and essentially losing my daughter due to his child like work, all I have to say is stay away. Be smarter than me. Protect your families, children, income, and pursue better help elsewhere. I have lost time with my family I will never get back due to his incompetence. Godbless, here’s to $9k down the drain to this guy…

Cathy is great. She is meticulous, a good listener, and gives very helpful advice. Despite having a complicated and unique case, we were finally able to win. Josh, the paralegal, is also so kind.
