I will say, I have never felt so disrespected and treated like a scolded child as I did in the conversation that I had with Mr. Trainor. I have never had an experience with a professional attorney that made me feel like I was incompetent. I want to say that if this is how you treat your customers, I surely do not want to be a part of you gaining from my case. We do not need financial gain from this case. We know that there may be a need for extended coverage with our insurance company, we know that there is a possible suit. I am not going to feel bullied by an attorney to get my son or daughter into medical treatment that we are not sure they need quite yet. To me, this is fraudulent and not necessary just for financial gain. While you were criticizing my phone answering skills, you were not able to answer the question that I asked you several times which was, what exactly does your team need from me? There was no answer, I asked your paralegal the same question without an answer. If there is criticism for not answering my phone, perhaps there should be a reasons for a phone call? I want to also say, I am a very successful businesswoman, respected, treated well by colleagues and have a program that is so successful. I should not as a customer feel I have to say these things, no one should be treated as I was during that phone call.

Highly recommended. Always keep us updated and have a good line of communication open. They have helped us find qualified physicians in our area.

My kids nanny got into an accident yesterday.. looked you guys up and decided to call on her behalf because she was in some pain. You guys have a person answering the phones that really don’t like the job their blessed with.I’m sure you guys lose a lot of business just due to the fact of the person answering your phone I had to ask her what she having a good day when we are the ones calling you guys because a potential client had the worst day so try making your employees go through some kind of training to sound happy when they answer the phone and appreciative

would not recomend,they had more than enough in constitutional law to win my case and dont return calls within expected time,had 5 different paralegals so seemed they didnt care about my case or my rights,,,if you go with these lawyers,,,all i can say is GOOD LUCK
