Very pleasant experience, the process was seamless and very little work involved. Would highly recommend this firm to anyone and will choose them again in the future.
These attorneys are great had a great out come I highly recommend them and would definitely use there services again my settlement went flawless.
I worked with Cicchiello & Cicchiello, LLP on two employment matters, and my most recent case was particularly complex and emotionally demanding. Throughout the process, the attorneys were honest about the legal risks, communicated regularly, and remained committed to advocating on my behalf. While the case involved difficult decisions and moments of stress—as many legal matters do—the team remained professional, patient, and dedicated to helping reach a fair resolution. I also appreciated their willingness to work with me through a challenging negotiation process and their efforts to ultimately bring the case to a close. I am grateful for their professionalism, transparency, and persistence throughout the case. I would recommend the firm to anyone seeking experienced legal representation in employment matters.
Having spent my career of over 40 years in the legal field working with several attorneys, I can honestly say Attorney Matthew Paradisi did an excellent job representing me in a CHRO claim. He spoke honestly and realistically about what to expect and brought my case to a positive disposition in a relatively short period of time. The staff at Cicchiello & Cicchiello are friendly, kind and compassionate. This firm is what every law firm should strive to be.
Michael Riley should be disbarred. He refused to modify my claim to include key facts I asked for, settled the case without my consent, and misled the other party into thinking I agreed. When they moved to enforce that bogus settlement, he didn’t even show up—he sent an intern who knew nothing about my case and did absolutely nothing in court. It felt like he assumed I’d take whatever was offered, maybe because I’m Hispanic or he thought I was desperate. I wasn’t. I refused the offer, and I have the emails to prove it. Because of his negligence and total lack of advocacy, my case ended in a non-suit. If you value your rights, your voice, and your dignity—stay far away!
Thank You 🙏🏽
It was a pleasure working with you.
It was a pleasure working with you.
Matthew Paradsi was any lawyer and won my case but has ghosted me and I have yet to hear back any updates, I have not received my money I was awarded. I had to file a grievance with the CT state attorney. Still waiting on a response as of 9/14/2025. Case was won 12/2024.
Thank you, I'm very happy with the results. Thanks to Manny and Angelo.
I’ve been dealing with Angelo and Manny for many years and all great results. I highly recommend.
I was in a bad car accident and Atty Manny Cicchiello and his team have been very kind and very helpful in helping settle this issue. Atty Cicchiello made sure I was seen by the appropriate doctors including a very skilled therapist who helped me through the PTSD associated with the trauma from the accident. He is very approachable and his staff is also very kind every time I spoke with them regarding my case. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Definitely would recommend- they don’t back down- they will fight for you.
Couldn’t be happier with the help I received. Helpful in every way and wonderful, respectful people all around!
Great lawyers, very professional
Satisfied with the outcome of my case! Thanks Manny!
I just want to say Taylor went above and beyond, always quick to answer my questions either email or phone call. It was a pleasure working with Taylor, I will definitely recommend this firm.
I referred my nephew and he was treated unfairly and unprofessionally. He was told that he would receive a call back on 3 occasions and nothing. He tried emailing for transparency and clarity with two cases and nothing. Do not trust them as they seem overwhelmed and not able to handle their workload. I will never use or refer them again.
Horrible Experience. This firm was well aware of the fact that I was coerced to start an only fans page with the accused party. When I was called in to sign papers, I was informed of an online advertisement someone posted impersonating me, offering services to the public. The firm withdrew their representation of me and then after I wrote a review based on my personal experience, the firm called and emailed me threatening me to remove the review. Also, while sitting in the waiting room yesterday, an unhappy client was making remarks saying the firm party are “ thieves” because apparently my attorney’s partner settled a case without even discussing it with his client, claiming he “couldn’t get in touch with the client.” The unhappy client’s other complaint was that the firm took 30% on top of all the court/filing fees. The retainer agreement doesn’t accurately reflect their procedures and is written confusingly. If I recall correctly, the agreement states that those fees would need to be paid up front. Then, when you call for clarification, they tell you “we’ll take care of that” not yea we’re going to pay it but you’re going to pay us back. Tread cautiously
We take all client concerns seriously and are committed to professionalism and integrity in everything we do. However, we must respectfully disagree with the claims presented in this review. To clarify, this firm initially agreed to evaluate this individual’s potential legal claims. During the course of our investigation, we discovered publicly available online content and advertisements about this client that severely undermined the credibility and viability of her case. As a result, we made the professional and ethical decision to decline further representation, a decision we communicated clearly and respectfully. At no point did we “threaten” the reviewer in response to her online review. We did, however, reach out to express concern about her review, our belief that it was unfounded, and that we have the right to respond and explain the circumstances of our firm’s decision not to pursue her case.

We are also aware of the accusations the reviewer attributes to a supposed conversation overheard in our waiting area. We have no record of such an incident and no complaints from any other client remotely matching this description. We find it improper for the reviewer to comment in her review about other clients’ alleged experiences. Nonetheless, we are always open to constructive feedback and strive to ensure that all our clients understand our retainer agreements and billing practices, which are clearly laid out in writing and fully explained at the outset of every matter.

While we understand that legal matters can be emotional and stressful, especially when representation is declined, we remain committed to treating all clients and inquiries with dignity and respect. We have been successfully representing injured and wrongfully terminated individuals in Connecticut for over 46 years and we will continue to do so. We encourage prospective clients to contact us directly with any questions about our services or policies.
