Cimasi Law Office

Made the mistake of hiring this guy and finding him completely ineffectual. Tried to get a different attorney and they all said it's your own fault for going with the low bid guy. He was worse than useless.

The guy is good. He told me not to worry, I worried. He's down to earth, not the easiest to get ahold of, but he definitely delivers. I had a criminal case, he took care of it for me and made sure I was safe. He has follow thru and is someone who has earned their trust with me. Thank you Sir!

To start,I would have given no stars had that been an option. I was assigned Mr. Cimasi thru court. Let me tell you about my experience with him. For starters he visited me once while locked up in erie county correctional facility, and at that time lied to me about having me out within days. He lied because he had guessed at an outcome that was in no way even possible. After not showing up and or adjournment of court of his doing on the days of court. He tried to convince me I was wrong at what the judge had made a commitment too and then proceeded to tell my family three completely different scenarios of my conditional release. None of which were true. He then failed to file paperwork to have me released for an additional 2.5 weeks as well as blocking my calls,my spouses as well as a jail coordinator. I am out ,but this was my to my own calling the courts FROM JAIL to see why I was not being released. He has made my life a nightmare for four months when I was to be freed back inMay. . Steer clear. If you really want to find out yourself ask any inmate sorry enough to have had him take their case. I am filling against him to the bar association as well as the public defenders office. Thank God I worked the law library and was able to figure out on my own how to get it figured out. Criminal lawyer is not what he is. Beware.
