Is it typical for a person to be charged twice for the same incident, in the state of Ohio?? Isn't this a violation of the fifth amendment of the constitution??? If someone can answer this, it would be greatly appreciated.

No help when finding a good lawyer. Absolutely no help with bad lawyers.

Had a very one sided conversation with Ms. Carpenter. To say it was effective, efficient, or productive would be a lie. Suggestion is to let someone finish a sentence.

Never got back with me

Someone I knew broke into my parents house and broke into my room in the middle of the night and was lied and had money stolen from a lawyer that was suppose to help me with this case . I reached out to the bar and was interviewed by officer and he told me I was able to charge the lawyer but needed to find a text saying the lawyer reached out to me first ... I have all the evidence except for that one thing and they said because of that hey could help ???? Like really ??? So disappointed

Called them and never got a call back or nothing, found the help I needed elsewhere
