If I could give zero stars, I would. I called for a case evaluation, was put in contact with Dan Plyman. I have never spoken to such an unprofessional attorney in my life, and I have worked with many. Mr. Plyman was extremely rude, wouldn't allow me to explain my situation, cut me off, talked over me, and told me he couldn't help me after hearing 1 min of my story. I believe Mr. Plyman was only interested in starting his weekend vs. providing professional assistance as advertised. Perhaps Mr. Plyman should have struck with being a defense attorney, or perhaps residential real-estate would have been his forte. Seeing he's only been with this practice one year, maybe he hasn't gained the compassion needed in the field of malpractice. If Mr. Plyman is representative of this practice, I would advise you not to waste your time.

We spent a lot of time looking for a medical malpractice attorney after having been disappointed with jerks who upon our meeting would actually make jokes about our misfortune. And then we met attorney Daniel Pylman; Working with Dan would prove to be a godsend. Early on and throughout the entire process, Dan distinguished himself showing genuine interest and compassion for what happened to us. He guided us on what could and -unfortunately- could not be done. Nevertheless, he dug deep in our files and found the necessary nuances by which we were able to attain our justice. Dan fought tooth and nail through the entirety of our case. A gentleman, he always remained calm which helped us remain calm during the nastiness of it all. CHH helped our family after my SO suffered malpractice and consequently lifelong debilitation. We’d met with a few legal teams before we found our attorney, Dan Pylman. Our case was unique. It was hard to connect with someone who both understood the magnitude of what happened, and wanted to take on a potentially complicated legal battle. We had a few disappointing meetings and were just about ready to accept our loss, when we were referred to CHH. We filled out an online questionnaire and to our stupendous relief, we got a call from dan. Dan, (knowing a a good deal about seemingly everything) recognized immediately that our case was worth looking into. He couldn’t quite believe what had happened. A very different tone from the other legal teams. We worked with CHH and specifically Dan for years. I’ve seen just how he has come to be such a font of medical information. It also became clear just how much Dan loves his job. He was in his element when he was calling out the defenses lies, and taking them to task. Dan was always working, researching, and talking to experts everywhere. Because of this dogged pursuit, he uncovered even more hugely negative aspects of our treatment. I hope I’m not oversharing when I tell you dan once defended hospitals for around 10 years. His experience on the other side makes him a crushing adversary. CHH’s advertisement said they help their clients get their lives back on track. This is the absolute truth. Dan fought and won for our family. He has become a close friend over the years. We’ve shared a few tearful embraces. He and CHH as a whole are the best representation we could have found and they care very deeply.

Referred to this firm from a family member and although the type of case I requested they help with might have been outside their wheelhouse they graciously aided me along my way to a medical and financial remedy I was due. They stayed in touch with me through the long process and only asked for a reasonable portion of winnings. I would recommend to others.

We are from the UK so trusting someone to take on what was a difficult case (not easy pickings) in the US tends to be a shot in the dark, an easy one to turn down as there was much risk. This case went on for over 6 years but at no time did they falter, You can say, well they are in it for the money but they do take a very big risk with their money to pursue a case, I truly believe they were also in it for justice and what is right, a genuine concern for all involved On a personal level, they went past what they ever had to do, you get to know the real people over that time and we remain friends. We lost our case, nothing to do with the ability or dedication of this firm, sometimes the system and dishonest people beat you. so I'm not posting this as we won.it would be easy to be bitter at losing but again this had nothing to do with how this firm performed. We have no regrets choosing this firm and I truly believe no one would have tried harder and I thank them all. They will treat you professionally, fairly, with honesty and compassion.
