Scammy. Another nonprofit trying to get free funding with minimal work. Signed up for a virtual session and had the lawyer cancel on me literally hours before. Asked to reschedule and they left me hanging for a whole week then tells me that they are still trying to figure the schedule out AFTER they gave me time slots. So they were lying? No wonder they are nonprofits becuase they are incompetent and can’t charge an actual fee for work.

Don't even bother trying to get help from here. If I could, I'd give me 0 starss. I sent them all my documents right away. I was told I'd get a decision by a certain date and that day came and passed. I emailed asking for an update the date after, but no response until 4 days later. All I get is an email with a letter stating they didn't take my case, no explanation, and a referral in my passport portal. Seems like they did the bare minimum, with very little effort. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Their phones don't get answered. Their lists and referrals are outdated, none of the lawyers they refer out still take clients referred by Civil Justice Network. Representatives are rude/unprofessional. It was truly a waste of time. I dealt with "Jordan" - while he was exceptionally poor - purposefully so it seemed (to the point that one could say he was willfully incompetent - unresponsive, immature, curiously bad at his job - simply disinterested in helping anyone) it seems he is a reflection of the organization. I have come across the name before and the organization did probably used have some value - but that must have been quite some time ago. The fact that so many lawyers whose names they give out no longer take their referrals and the disengagement of their public-facing representatives speaks pretty loudly. No one gets this bad on multiple levels overnight.

If i can gave this place a zero i would gave them a zero. I went on their website to fill out the form on-line to get match with a attorney. Nobody never contacted me back. I left a voicemail message. Nobody never return my phone call. When i went back on their website i searched for a attorney. The attorney i found was not taking new cases.
