Denise, the intake person, was extremely kind and thorough and was very honest that this Connecticut firm may not be able to help. She quickly got back to me to say that no, they were not licensed in the state that this happened. She then offered to connect with a law firm that her firm would recommend to follow through on pursuing a suit. To me, this went above and beyond. I’ve been feeling very overwhelmed with the entire situation and she made me feel listened to and helped without any benefit to her firm. I was in a car wreck right before thanksgiving I have been in serious pain from a driver hitting me head on in a truck they’re taking my case and seem to really want to help I’m honestly grateful there’s people who aren’t just trying to make a dollar off you but are trying to help you with the pain and trauma and damages done to you and your property I’m hoping to get a nice payout not for the money but so I can actually make sure I’m taken care of long term medical issues are going to stem from my accident and my job profession is a laborer and I’m not even able to lift 5lbs so I might not be able to work do a long time but I’m grateful for the law firm to hear my story and tell the the honest truth is easier then Lying because if I lie then I lose my chance at being compensated for my medical injuries and my car accident
