Very horrible!! I called and the lady on the phone was RUDE I should have known right there but I still talked to the attorney and he was RUDE as well he told me that my charge was going to put me into prison for a long time and didn’t even want to hear me out for nothing when I was just trying to get advice and see who can help me! DO NOT USE THESES PEOPLE AT ALL!!! All he was worried about was if I was going to give him money

This dude DID NOT do what he said he was going to!! And my charge is totally different than what he said,and also said it would not affect me getting a job!!! That’s was a lie!!!!!! So I called there office about 10 minutes ago and the lady that answered the phone was straight up RUDE!!! Her attitude was terrible,she pretty much talk to me like I was the lowest scum on earth!!!! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!

Brian Howell sabotaged my final appeal at getting my daughter back. He’s a poor attorney and the fact he’s done this for 30+ years should embarrass him.

I can't speak for Clark Clark, but I can say that if you want a criminal lawyer who will fight for you, fight to protect your rights and live up to the ethical oathe that they swore to, well Brian Howell is not your guy. This guy is a joke to his profession. He has zero court room ability at least in criminal court. This guy is scared to death of the district attorney and will bow down to every single thing they say to him. He will not fight for you. He is the absolute worst criminal attorney I have ever dealt with. Maybe if you were in an accident and seeking money he may get you a couple grand, but if this is your criminal attorney, get ready to get railroaded. Over the course of a 2 year period through going to court on a simple possession under a gram, this guy didn't not one time call my wife to discuss strategies, plea offerings were non existent. He just showed up the day of court and had no clue whatsoever about her case. Didn't even know her name. A disgrace to his profession and should be disbarred. Have turned a report in to civil liberties union, and they agree.
