The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has demonstrated a troubling lack of urgency and responsiveness in handling critical cases that affect public safety. After law enforcement conducted a thorough investigation and worked tirelessly to apprehend an offender—who has been incarcerated in Multnomah County since April 19, 2025—it would seem that the next steps should be swift and straightforward. Yet, despite repeated calls to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to advise them of the situation, the case has remained in limbo. Untouched. The office has cited a lack of paperwork and an ongoing intake process, yet efforts to provide them with necessary information have gone unanswered. Multiple phone calls, messages, and even an in-person visit have yielded no productive results. Instead, the process has been obstructed by rigid and inefficient procedures—such as requiring an appointment to discuss any matter, while also failing to provide a timely way to schedule one. As of May 16, 2025, much of the office, including the office manager, operates remotely, making communication and resolution even more difficult. Calls to the office manager result in voicemail, and responses take upwards of 72 hours—if they come at all. This inefficiency raises serious concerns about the ability of the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to fulfill its responsibility to the community, taxpayers, and those who placed their trust in the justice system. Public officials, such as Tony Golik (who I voted for twice), must remain accountable to the people they serve. Justice should not be delayed due to bureaucratic barriers and unresponsive administration. The residents of Clark County deserve better.

Justice for Courtney Clinton. The person who killed her is still on the loose in portland/Vancouver area. Her family deserves justice.

The reviews speak for themselves. Your boyfriend gets stabbed on your own property and they don’t want to take any actions to seek justice, make an arrest, or provide him with an advocate. They then try to blame your boyfriend for having PTSD when we’ve been asking for months for our advocate or any help while we sit on a waitlist. An alleged DV victim will get an advocate in less than 24hrs, shouldn’t all victims of violence be prioritized the same and offered the same resources for the trauma they experienced? Or is it because he’s not a white woman Apparently they don’t care about men or men’s mental health in Clark county.

I will forever be grateful to the the Clark County Prosecutors, Clark County Sheriffs, the Major Crimes Unit, and the detectives who worked in the Cold Case Unit for keeping my murdered missing beloved sister Jamie Grissim on your minds and for getting a certain killer charged for the murder of Martha Morrison.

Clark county is a cesspool across the board. You would be wise to avoid it, like the companies that provide good jobs do.
