They are ok

I've been trying to get a hold of someone for over 2 months. Nobody will return my calls or online inquiry.

I haven't received any response from them. I went to their workplace and they wouldn't open the door because, supposedly, it's by appointment only, and when did I call to make an appointment? 😭😞

HI PEOPLE IN NEED OF ATTORNEY AND POOR JUST LIKE ME !!!! HERE'S WHERE YOU WANT TO GO THIER VERY FRIENDLY AND OH SO HELPFUL !!!! EVEN PAID PARKING METERS !!!! I RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE THE STAIRWELL NICE OLD NEAT STAIRWELL IF ABLE THR ELEVATOR WORKS GREAT BUT I COULDN'T MANAGE THE BUTTONS WELL.... I TRIED MANY TIMES TO PULL IT OFF BY MYSELF AND WELL COULDN'T PULL IT OFF !!!! TURNS OUT YOU JUST CAN'T DO IT YOURSELF WITNESSES ARE REQUIRED WHO KNEW NOT ME !!!!! AND THE GIRLS THR WERE VERY NICE AND PULLED OFF THE NEEDED LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND THEY'LL HELP YOU ALSO OKAY YUP BYE 🤗🚭

Never get help to or get anything rolling with them based on Family Law !! Sad!!

They take time. It's not fast food. If you need their help they are there for you. Just understand lawyers are not a next day thing. Call them ASAP when you get a summons and they will help you.

I’ve called 13 times in the last 4 weeks and have still not received a call back

I just want to extend a huge thank you to Jim, and his team here. Saying he went above and beyond for the safety of me, and my children, is an understatement. It was a huge amount of work, and figuring out what to do for my overly complicated case, and he was there every step of the way for our high risk case. These people work here because they genuinely care... I wish I knew of a better place to leave a good review, but 5 stars is not enough for the help we got, thank you Jim, and everyone at the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers program.

You get what you pay for, which is nothing. They do admit to not having enough lawyers and resources just to being limited and understaffed, yet super busy. It took a while for someone to call me back, but the woman who finally helped me was very sweet and took her time while on the phone with me. They weren't able to handle what I had asked them about, but were happy to direct me to other resources that could answer my questions.
