Steve Clark is a top notch Defense Attorney that will stand toe to toe with any Prosecuting Attorney around. When the case doesn't go the way he see's it, then he makes no bones about pushing beyond that Judge to appeal the ruling. Even better he does it for a fair and reasonable fee. Steve has represented my son twice for the same case. Once as a Public Defender and once as his Personal Attorney. Both times with Justice being served on both sides. He's open, honest and well versed in Criminal Law and has always given excellent advise. If you have a problem that nobody else seems to care about then take the time to call Steve Clark. He does listen and will gives you honest advice. I just wished that there were more Attorney's like Steve out there. Trust me they are hard to find.

Absolutely the best lawyer you could ask for in a DUI case! He went to war for me and got my DUI charge knocked down to distracted driving 2nd degree and for a great price! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal representation!

My experience with Mr. Clark could not have been better. I received a pair of unlucky citations, and I did not want to see my insurance rates increase. Mr. Clark immediately took over handling my tickets and after two short months, BOTH tickets were dismissed! For reference, my fine amounted to $450.00 total. This does not include any subsequent hikes to insurance premiums that most certainly would have followed. Mr. Clark's fee was only $50.00 more and because of him, I will not see any increase to my insurance premiums. In other words: $450.00 + $XXX (insurance increase) v. $500.00 flat. A no-brainer.
