Chris Clark of Clark, Smith & Sizemore LLC I met Mr. Clark when my attorney asked to him to join the team regarding my case. I must admit, Chris is a very knowledgeable, and powerful attorney with years of experience and I was very relieved to have him on my team. Chris laid out everything in regards to my case and went into detail of every part the the case. He answered any questions and even gave answers to questions I didn't even think of asking. Even with surgery I received, those body parts will never be the same as before the accident. My wife was in a terrible accident, and to make a long story short almost lost her foot on a couple of different occasions. After several surgeries and painful recoveries, someone gave us the name of Mr. Chris Clark. Neither my wife or I had ever filed a lawsuit (I had never even spoke to a lawyer in my life, so it’s safe to say we were lost). From the moment we walked into the office we felt welcomed and knew we made the right choice. Chris was very honest and forthright from the very beginning. He told us we had a legitimate case, but it would be tough because the State of Georgias laws are not set up in favor of a claim like we had. There were many moving parts to our claim. After the meeting he decided to take the case on. From that point forward there was never any doubt in our minds that our case was taken very seriously and professionally.
