The case itself was emotionally jarring for my entire family, but we got the closure we truly needed in such times due to their help.

Overall a good experience. The people are nice and I was happy with my settlement on a personal injury claim. I wish there was a bit more communication - There was a lot of "he'll call you back tomorrow" or "we'll call you right back" and then hearing nothing for a week. Other than that an amazing experience.
