I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by the Phillips and McCrea office. Communication is consistently poor, and it is nearly impossible to speak with anyone directly when assistance is needed. Even for basic requests such as a password reset, I am repeatedly informed that no one is available and that the issue will be marked as urgent, yet there is little to no follow-up afterward. These delays create unnecessary frustration and disrupt workflow, especially when the request is time sensitive. Being told repeatedly that an issue is urgent without any timely resolution has become exhausting and unacceptable. The lack of responsiveness and accountability has significantly impacted my experience, and at this point, I am very dissatisfied with how matters are being handled by this firm.

This firm made my process so seamless and effortless on my part. All I literally had to do was read my emails and submit the requested documents. Tylisa is a gem and made this so easy for me. Marcel explained the process thoroughly so I knew what to expect. I would definitely use the firm again if needed. Thanks again to this group!!!

Do not hire Them. It's been 6 months no return calls or E-mails. I've left numerous messages. Only to get return phone calls from a case manager. I haven't spoke to an Attorney physically or through e-mail since I first hired Their office. They are unprofessional, inexistent, and borderline fraudulent. I will be reporting them to the Better Business bureau, The Bar Association and another Attorney

I am very dissatisfied with the way things were handled with this law firm. I was working with Nikolas Aldana, the paralegal concerning my grandson’s appeal with Social Security disability. I was on a time crunch and reached out in June. I had 60 days. I called and called and was told all they could do was send an urgent message. Never received a callback from him to know if my case was taken. My 60 days came and went. Now I have to start all over with my grandson’s disability claim. I would not recommend anyone to this practice.

Natalie Andruczyk o got a bad experience with her as family doctor. She came to the medication covering her drive cost without getting our documents with her forgetting at home...So all the money we spend on these attorneys they just fool us and make money out of our hard earned money and enjoy there life making our life miserable....most ignorant lawyer.....

Title: Unsupportive I hired Natalie to help me recover my car and handle my divorce after experiencing domestic violence. Before taking $6,000 from me, she never explained that my goals would not realistically be possible under the type of case she was filing. If she had been upfront about the legal limitations, I would not have hired her. After she received payment, she finally told me my case would be treated as equitable distribution, not one that would directly address my losses. Throughout the process, I felt unsupported, unheard, and even judged. She made comments that came across as victim-blaming, questioning why I stayed in the marriage after the abuse started — which was extremely hurtful and unprofessional. When I expressed how I felt about the lack of communication, the lack of results, and the way I was treated, instead of trying to address my concerns, she told me to find another lawyer. In the end, I saw no meaningful results from her representation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Natalie to anyone, especially those seeking compassionate and honest legal support.
