A few years ago Internet family and I were TBoned, my husband, kids and I were all transported by rescue to the hospital. The accident was the other drivers fault. Yes, our words turned upside down. My kids were still in high school and I had fundraising to help pay tuition etc. Had no other choice with low income. Scott Cleary represented us and assured no cost unless we win. To make a long story short, he lost the case and left me and my children to pay court costs and fees over $7000. We didn’t have money.
