Used this firm to handle an access issue I had with my service dog. Had a great experience working with Aaron! The process was much easier than I expected and he was very kind and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Clefton as an expert witness on what turned out to be a particularly challenging and contentious ADA case. Part of the challenge was that opposing counsel was a large, well-established national firm which aggressively used its aggregate intellectual and financial muscle to try and intimidate Aaron, who is essentially a solo practitioner. Rather than defend on the merits they attempted to intimidate plaintiff's counsel. Aaron was unbreakable. He is smart, ethical and compassionate. He is motivated by issues which matter to him.
