If I could rate Clermont Law Office higher than a five I definitely would. Four months ago I hired a contractor to install a deck at my home. They required a 50% deposit. Since May no work had even been started. Just one excuse after another. For months my deposit was held in ransom. The business failed to refund my money and they never started the deck. At first I sought help from a different attorney who said that there was no possibility of my money back and that I should just move on. In desperation I began searching for a new attorney. One that would understand my situation and help guide me to a resolution of this matter. Well I struct GOLD. Attorney Dave actually listened to me. He was empathetic and most importantly he understood the LAW. Attorney Clermont knew what needed to be done and he did it!. Much to my surprise I received my refund the very next day!! This was nothing short of a miracle and a very, very, good attorney. This practice is a Diamond in the Ruff. Not only are they lawyers but they are human too!
