So on the morning of 10/3 I called their listed number and spoke to a gentleman on their intake desk. Took my info and someone would be back to me. Crickets. Monday AM called again and was given the office number. Left a vm. Crickets. Sent an online intake form. Crickets. You all need to do better. I am now with another law firm who responded same day, have had two conversations and a path forward.
