Cliff is the best!
This review was put on here by mistake. The name was incorrect.
I had someone by this name apply for work years ago that I did not hire, but I don't believe I represented this person at any time. I was not listed on any court records for her two divorces and other problems. Is it possible that some papers get misfiled? Sure, but we scan almost every document and any court records are available to see on e-flex. Considering Ms. Mead left this review only two weeks ago, I would remember her if she was a client or even someone I spoke to for a free consultation.
He is a great attorney. Highly recommend.

Fantastic family.law lawyer
This dude was a lot of (expensive) talk and not much (useful) action. Had a very high opinion of himself.
My consultation fees are only $100. No idea of TR's identity, but he apparently wanted something for nothing. Often people want to file motions to rehear matters, such as custody and visitation, when the court issued a ruling recently. There has to be a substantial change of circumstances effecting the welfare of the child before the court will listen to why someone thinks it's in the best interests of the child to change the schedule. Quite often, the best advise is to tell a client to try and work something out with the other parent rather than taking them back to court. There are a lot of angry people in Family Court, and many of them expect too much.
Great and personable attorney. I am very happy with the results produced by Mr. Young.
Terrible, lazy, dishonest lawyer. Did not even attempt to do what we hired him for, showed up 10 minutes before Court like a public defender, clearly knew nothing of my case or the laws that it entailed, and I was forced to take a plea instead of going thru with Trial, as Judge Drakulich heavy handedly threatened me with remand in jail for previous continuances that were in no way my fault. I couldn't even get an office visit with this guy after forking over $1500. BTW supboneas cost 2-300 apiece extra. This guy is a turd and does not care about you, imo.
Mr. Moore admitted sending emails against an Extended Protection Order. The prosecutor said he would strongly push for mental health court if we took the matter to trial. Mr. Moore was happy with the deal: he just had to leave the victim alone and stay out of trouble for a year. He couldn't do that, and then his subsequent crime was complicated because of the conditions of his sentence. Mr. Moore was well canvased about the case, and we were very prepared to go to trial. I waited around with him for an hour before court and met with the prosecutor several times trying to sweeten the deal. Kevin Moore hired me less than two weeks prior to his trial for violating an extended restraining order. He sent 54 emails focusing on only on why the landlord failed to return his deposit. He required significant redirection to the charge of violating an Extended Restraining Order for Harassment in the Workplace. I repeatedly explained to him that it was not economically feasible to pursue a lawsuit for him against the property management company. The costs for hiring an attorney to handle a civil suit over the return of his small deposit was not worth it, which frustrated Mr. Moore who couldn’t contact the victim directly.<br>Mr. Moore responded with wanting me to subpoena over 400 “witnesses”. He asked to subpoena every Reno Police Department employee, every WCSO jail employee, Judge Sferrazza, and various people he spoke to that thought he shouldn’t be charged with violating the protection order. After I explained to Mr. Moore that he couldn’t just subpoena the judge who issued the restraining order, and any witnesses had to offer relevant testimony. When I explained there would be extra costs associated with each subpoena, he waived pursing any subpoenas. Mr. Moore’s request for a complete refund of the $1500 his father paid came hand in hand with threatening to author negative posts all around the internet if I did not refund money to him. Mr. Moore acts aggressive and hostile towards people because he feels he has nothing to lose. Mr. Moore said that he knew that he was judgment proof, and he didn’t care about anyone suing him. I believe that feeling of impunity is what is driving his harassment and defamation to extort money.
