Never replies to texts or calls if he does takes months , went to a custody hearing and filed the wrong paper work and he never told me he was a criminal attorney and not a law attorney he just took my money and wasted my time .

What seemed like a worthy sacrifice in the beginning has turned into the worst attorney experience to date. As a single parent needing assistance for back pay owed in child support… he gladly accepted my payment and has yet to get proper documentation to non-custodial’s employer in order to initiate payments again. He does not respond to calls, emails, text messages, or voicemails. Do NOT waste your hard earned money on him.

I have used this firm for decades. My son Dan employed Mr. Dan McCormack (Cliffs' father) back in 1995 or so never have we been disappointed with thier advice, fees or their work. I do believe Cliff is experiencing "burn out"after all he has a heavy case load and has been practicing for years, I'm glad he is on a months long vacation i pray a refreshing wind over him.

We paid him for him to do some work for us. He took our money and we never heard from him. I had to call him a whole year u til he finally decided to return my call. Of course he had so many excuses on why he couldn’t answer our calls up to a year. DONT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!

Don't walk, immediately run away. (caution, a money pit), does for money, He won't stand up for you, not assertive, does not stand up for what is right that is a wrong allegation alleged from opposing side. We made a huge mistake choosing him, losing thousands of dollars of hard earned money paid to him.

If you're looking for a rude attitude, miscommunication, and horrible legal advice then use Cliff McCormack. Worst excuse for an attorney I've ever seen. The real criminal is him and he should be disbarred for the the "legal advice" he gave my husband. He quite possibly ruined our lives with his bad advice that he pressured us into taking during a time of serious crisis. I doubt anyone is paying this clown a retainer but if you happen to get him court appointed, ask for another attorney. Don't walk, run away.

I recently needed a attorneys help and was referred to this gentleman. I called he listened and advised me of a few things. I believe him to be a very great person so far and his price seems very reasonable. It's never a good thing to need a attorney but talking to him was a pleasure. Really made me feel better about the situation I'm in.
