Could do better on customer service

It's exhausting and nerve wrecking having to explain the details of your case over and over only to be told they cannot help you and without any reason why. I wish I had reached out to Brig Cluff of Cliff Injury Lawyers first, and not wasted my time with the 5 other firms I contacted. Incredible accident attorney! Mr. Cluff went above and beyond for my young adult son after he was run off his motorcycle by an SUV. The other party had the same insurance company that we had (Geico), so they were dragging their feet about paying out or even assuming responsibility. Mr. Cluff and his team were extremely meticulous and definitely exceeded all of our expectations. I’m so grateful for their help in making sure my son was taken care of.
