When a mistake was made in relation to a recent real estate contract, I was very happy to have the assistance of Clay Bartlett to sort the issue out. He very quickly got up to speed on the situation and negotiated a solution that suited everyone. A problem which could have persisted for weeks or months was solved in days. This is not the law firm you want to use if you have an elderly parent that request is help because of hearing issues .Their not disable friendly. They have no handicap accessibility to their building. And my father asked them to do is to get my sister's name off the did and defend his interest in my mother's against what the court wanted to do in the end the attorney never explained the stipulation getting the thief out of being charged for criminal theft and it was a bunch of jiggy jar and never actually said that the sister would turn over the deed to the parents. In fact she helped them lose dairy farm through a stipulation that was not enforceable for them to protect them from being taken advantage of I would not recommend this Law Firm

I asked for a simple generic residential lease. I got charged over an hour of time to modify it and the result was total junk. It was so full of legalese it was not intelligible to the non lawyer and the result was it scared a good tenant away. I had to get another lease from somewhere else. The lawyer also did not get it done when he said he was going to get it done and then went on vacation for a week.
