On Oct 7th I had a court date because a tenant put a restraining order on me in my own house saying that I don’t live there, I hired the service of attorney Cocco, he charged me $1,800 in cash, he just accept money order o cash, he doesn’t accept any other payment method. He did not give me a copy of the contract we signed for his services, no receipt of payment, he only said take a picture. Can you believe that?? That day he did not make the slightest effort to defend me, we had everything to win, but he insisted through questions and preambles to try to get the judge to set an appointment for another day, I don't know for what purpose. 🤔 He obviously lost the case and only told me "you didn't tell me about the shoe" as if a hearing depended on a single argument, or he didn't know the laws. 🤨 He no listen, always is in his rush, we get together twice just for 10 minutes, and he was only interested in the payment. He talked more about the payment than the case in those 10 minutes. That was my experience.!
