Finally got what was needed done!!

Coy Coffman was very easy to work with when it came to an estate maters. Not only did Coy get things done in the time frame stated, the law firm was reasonably priced. I would hire Coy again, if I had another estate issue arise.

Mr. Coffman did my trusts, and also for my parents. He had been recommended to me by a local business person. He was excellent in every way. Extremely competent and professional. I highly recommend him.

I have a story to tell. Without Coy Coffman and John Seidenberger my story would be a failure. My mother-in-law passed in 2018. She executed a Will and Trust during 2016. She amended her estate planning and left her entire estate to my husband. There were two other siblings that treated Mom like a doormat. In fact, neither one attended her funeral nor visited her while living in a nursing home. My husband was her trustee. He was administering her estate. His siblings (son & daughter) contested her Will and Trust. Coy and John were highly recommended by a friend. We contacted them and off to the races we ran. The siblings, who are creeps and jerks weren't happy about my mother-in-law's estate planning. They accused my husband of fraud! They filed criminal charges against him and tried to have him put in jail. Unfortunately, we drew a bad judge. He basically granted the siblings what they wanted, with the exception of jailing my husband. The judge 's ruling was improper and we appealed. During the 1.6 years we were awaiting an appellant decision, my husband passed away. At that point and time, I eventually was appointed as my husband's PR. Finally, the day came when the appellant court issued its opinion. The Court overturned the trial court's decision and upheld my mother-in-law's estate planning. My husband didn't have a Will so his estate had to be probated. My late husband's sister and brother-in-law entered the house and stole about $3,700 in estate assets. Coy had his hands full dealing with the craziness of these issues. Coy and John were honest, professional and understanding with me. I always felt comfortable that they were doing the "Lords" work when dealing with the crazies. I can't say enough wonderful things about these guys. I highly recommend their firm. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with additional estate issues, if I do, Coy and John will definitely receive a call.
