Lucas Baudry was my rep for this accident claim, and even though I had LOADS of questions and was a bit impatient, he was always responsive and quick to reply. We’re wrapping up now, and I really feel like he tried to have the best results in the end, and didn’t drag it out more than need be. I took one Star off because the PT place that they recommend (Active PT) and the doctor that hands out meds and is above the PT place… They are both absolutely awful. With that said, I’m so glad everything is wrapped up, but I’m starting PT again now at a different place.
