Congressman Cohen's office is always available and willing to assist in the way in which they can every time I have contact his office.

I don't know what some of these people are talking about. The office was polite and helpful. It was a great experience.

Office workers are rude.

This 1 star is not for Congressman Steve Cohen but for his team. I have problem with USCIS and need help from his team. I tried to contact his Immigration Department since October 2023 until current time but never get a phone call back from whoever in charge of Immigration. I tried to explain the situation but this guy was on the phone seem like not listening nor taking any actions to help me to solve my case.

Called about a postal matter and was treated to sarcasm and nastiness. This guy needs to go.

He's too embarrassed to even admit he's a democrat.

Today, I called Memphis office to ask for ceasefire. I reminded Mr. Cohen’s Team that 90% of democrats want ceasefire. His job is to represent us not outside interests including his own. The person answering my phone call referred to me as “one of those people”. In what world is this OK? The DC office apologized for this and I was willing to let this go, but this is not enough especially after what he did. After sharing with my friends, I learned that Mr. Cohen called a group of Memphis high school students “terrorist sympathizers” after they visited his office in DC on a field Trip because they asked for ceasefire and told a 16 year old girl that her Grandmother in Gaza is collateral damage. SHAME!

It's hard to express how amazing Congressman Cohen is. Everything from policy, to constituent services, we're just so lucky to have him! His office is helping me with a congressional inquiry for SSA, and his office and staff have been absolutely amazing and so so helpful through the process. Glad to say I'm from Tennessee's 9th!
