I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Cohen today about a potential lawsuit. Mr. Cohen took all the time necessary to explain to me that, in my case, a lawsuit would not be a good idea. Unfortunately, I didn't get that advice from a previous law firm, who shall remain nameless, and I am now in a legal pickle.
