Cohen & Malad LLP: Miller Vess A

This firm subpoenad me for a hearing and said I would receive compensation pursuant to Indiana code to appear. They only ever sent me a copy of the check to pay me, no actual payment was ever received and they refuse to make it right and say they show they sent a courier with payment. When further pressed on if the payment was ever deposited their office director said "what you did after receiving the check is not my concern. " There was never a check sent, again only a copy of a check, so they could claim they have a paper trail and get away without paying people they subpoena. Definitely a shady firm and I will be filing a complaint with the bar as well.
