Spoke with Ellen Kramer about a case hearing I had coming up. She was referred to me by the Cleveland Bar Association who told me I could get advice and potentially find a lawyer. In this discovery call Ellen began to reprimand me for not dealing with this sooner and mentioned how she was unwilling to move things around because I need to get my act together. A simple I can't do it would have worked. But she instead felt the need to express how bad I had messed things up and never allowed me to actually explain the details and circumstances. Save yourself some time and just call a firm with lawyers who want to work and be helpful when doing so. I'm not paying someone 250+ an hr to complain that they may now have to do their job.

Yesterday I was on the beautiful website this firm has and called the "intake hotline" I was abruptly greetwd by Ellen who told me she was extremely busy and didn't have much time. After only listing to me for a few seconds Ellen rudly informed me that she was to busy for this and suggested that I read my employment hand book. Well Ellen I'm calling for firm for help because I have read said employment hand book and determined things aren't as they should. Had you actually listened to me i think you would have agreed. But looking at your fancy website with big talk about helping people i realized that you probably were not the correct person to address with my civil rights and disability discrimination as these aren't your areas of expertise. Bottom line not sure why you have a website that is so fancy and talks so big about fighting for whats right when you can't even do the right thing and do a proper intake call.
