If you can, avoid Sheri M Lepore and this firm at all costs. You are just a number, another case closed and money in her pocket. As long as she gets paid, it feels like she couldn’t care less how things turn out for you. My father lost his life savings due to her negligence. During a divorce related home closing, a substantial amount of money was handed over to someone who was not her client. There was never any verbal or written authorization allowing anyone else to pick up the check on his behalf. When confronted about it, she immediately became defensive and even threatened to call the police. This is something that should never have happened, especially if proper care and ethics had been followed. Please think carefully before hiring this firm you may end up worse off than when you started.
