Sarahi Saucedo and Kelly Dearborn made an unbearable process into something manageable and informative. They took over after I had a terrible experience with another lawyer from another firm, George who has since been fired. It was dysfunctional and disorganized. I was sure I lost everything. I talked to Sarahi and felt so much better about why we were doing things, how she needed them, and more importantly, she kept me informed with what was going on. While I did get what I wanted in the end, even if I didn't, I went in knowing that I was prepared and Sarahi was even more ready. I HIGHLY recommend Sarahi!

Except for the onboarding call, the team managing my case has been extremely difficult to get ahold of unless they were reaching out to me for bills and the retainer fee. I still have elements of my case that seem to have sat stagnant for months, and the rare times I get a response from this organization the answer always centers on "let me check on that and get back to you".

Beware this place firm will take your money. Hired them specifically Malorie when I did the consultation I was told it’s a fairly easy divorce. Straight forward she told me in cases like mine it would usually take 10-15k. So I hired the firm within 1 month retainer was gone. Within 2.5 months I was in already 15k. Only progress to that point was filing a response after being served. We didn’t even get to scheduling mediation. You will pay 2x for every talk she has with anyone. 1 charge to meet with her legal assistant to pass notes then 1 charge for the legal assistant to receive the note. With it being a bigger firm they have to log certain amount of hours to your case even if there is no updates. If you refuse to continue to fund the waiting they will drop you as a client. Money hungry firm!! They dropped me when I refused to reload my retainer making my total to 17k. I wasted 15k for Malorie Crosley to file a response. The rest went to meeting with legal assistant and weekly case review. Choose wisely don’t believe anything being told in the consultation. They are salesmen and sharks.

Extremely professional, and helpful! When calling to set up a consultation I was connected and had a date right away. During my meeting I was allowed to explain my situation without judgement. Showed immense integrity when realizing I had completed a lot of the work. Instead of feeling like they were the best my option, I was given a step by step process to continue by myself. I have been going back and forth with leaving this rating but honestly people should know that if I could leave a ZERO star rating, I would. This place was a terrible experience for me dealing with child custody that I had to change lawyers mid court case. The things I specifically wanted to be heard or addressed, were not. I also feel like my feelings and thoughts were just rejected and shut down by my lawyer Sheba each time we had spoken about my case. I had a mere 10 page binder during my court hearing while the other party had hundreds of pages. I sat there in court looking like a terrible person with no counter argument or defense. EVERYTHING was a mess and it seemed like my lawyer had NO idea what she talking about. Even after going through my whole invoice and writing down all the questioning bills like I was told by Kelly Robb (who was my first initial consult, but then was given Sheba) I was still billed SO MUCH and still paying it off. Worst experience ever. Felt unheard and truly disappointed with this place.

ASHLEY Covert WHO ALSO WORKS or worked with this group is very untrustworthy. She will make you feel dismissed and unheard but will also gaslight you to believing her and then when it’s all done her aording completely screws you over. They take advantage of battered women who are fearful for speaking up and will corner them into agreeing to things they don’t understand and quint let them have support with them when going thru all the emotions. Who cares if they (the client)are use to being verbally and emotionally abused they will make them feel worse. Even if it means putting the kids with the other party due to that being the best option at the time and taking precautions to work theirselves back up from being mistreated. They will remind them “well you didn’t want child support so”! No ma’am that’s not what the intention was. They will for sure take believe in the other party not their own client. Do not trust them and especially since their Facebook comments are turned off what does that say?!
