I am writing to commend the excellent work of attorney Tyler Wood. I had over one hundred interactions with Mr. Wood and he was 100% every time. He was knowledgeable, prepared, work-driven, and punctual. In addition he is a great listener and really cares about his clients. I am very grateful to Mr. Wood, and I know I could not have found a better attorney.

I cannot say enough good things about Tyler Wood. He has been kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly diligent. What truly stood out was how he treated me as a person throughout the entire process. I called him more times than I can count — sometimes for small worries, sometimes for big ones — and he always took the time to listen. He explained things clearly, never made me feel like a burden, and helped calm me down when everything felt overwhelming. He truly works with you every step of the way. Tyler pushes for what his clients need and stands up for what’s right. I always felt like he genuinely cared, not just about the case, but about my well-being. I am so grateful for his support and would recommend him without hesitation.

I am posting this review to warn others based on my experience. I suffered a broken pelvis due to a workplace incident involving my supervisor, James Garrison, which was formally documented on a C-3 Workers’ Compensation claim. An incident report was filed on January 25, 2022, clearly tying the injury to my employment. Despite this documentation, Vivian repeatedly told me that I “couldn’t prove” my broken pelvis was work-related. That statement was deeply concerning given the existing records and reports. From my perspective, the handling of my case felt aligned with the insurance adjuster’s position rather than with advocating for me as the injured worker. I was frequently left to do much of the work myself, while being told everything was being handled properly. Communication was dismissive, and legitimate evidence was minimized rather than developed and presented. If you are seeking strong, independent Workers’ Compensation representation, this was not my experience. Based on how my case was handled, I would urge others to proceed with caution, ask detailed questions, and ensure their attorney is actively advocating for them—not deferring to insurance interests.

From the beginning, Vivian Rocher responded that she had not made money off your case since Jerry Gambino died. She poorly represented me. I’ve lost tons of money on the medical, and she tagged up with the insurance company to cancel me. I am sorry, Vivian, but karma will come. Good luck with the rest of your life. This law firm is a joke and does not return calls. I have left messages three times each for Tom Hewner and Keith Rosso and neither has ever returned my call. I have even left additional messages with their secretary and none of my calls get returned.

Since Jerry died this place has been terrible. Like with EVERYTHING. I haven't had a return call in 4 mos. They aren't even communicating with workers comp lawyers. They are allowing the lawyers on the opposite side to contact me directly. They are late on paperwork, communicating and more. They never told me my lawyer died I had to call them. William Like is no longer there I found out by asking them after months of no calls & Vivian had a assistant call me the same day I got injections I was allergic to . Of Course I couldn't answer correctly. I called to give them information and no calls. It's her job to know my Dr appointment. SMH poor Jerry this is sad.
