Pete is punctual and extremely efficient

Been working with Pete Coleman for almost a year, he has been great with his clients and staff.

Completely unprofessional during our closing. I felt like I was attending a child's birthday party. On top of that I think the lawyer was hungover because he was rude as hell for no reason.

I have been working with Pete for at least 15 years. And every closing was on time, well prepared, done with humor and light (so needed when people are stressed). He is easy to work with, so flexible on the schedule (once we even closed during one of the Holidays in the foyer as the whole building was locked up!) My clients love working with Pete's office and always go back to him, no matter if they buy, build new or refinance!

Poor communication. Unorganized closing. The prior review was left by one of his employees because nobody else wants to leave him good reviews.

I ve done 3 closing here an it works for me, quick closings and funds avaible almost instantly.
