Ms. Creager did a terrific job for me during a time when I was struggling with Stage 4 melanoma. Her diligence and attention to detail in my complicated case was very much appreciated and produced a positive outcome. I feel that she went above and beyond to resolve my issues in a positive way.

I was so disappointed with this firm. The pleadings submitted in the case were weak, putting me potentially at a disadvantage. I did not feel Creager was neither representing nor fighting for me. The Plaintiff's attorney was also located at the same address with an office too close for comfort. It became obvious after the initial hearing that Creager was intimidated by and too friendly with the Plaintiff's attorney and clear they both intended for this case to go to trial in order to reap financial benefits. Seven months of wasted time later and with no talk of settlement, I changed attorneys. Allan F. Friedman in Stamford was able to settle the case to mutual satisfaction within a matter of weeks.

Pulled the ultimate bait & switch. Wasted almost a year of my life and then decided to quadruple his "estimate" of proceeding with case. Formal complaint to the state bar association is being drafted. Be careful.
