It's frustrating. I've had a case with this law firm, Collier Law, since 2024, and to this day they haven't kept me updated on my case. I'm calling, but I'm not getting any answers.

Highly recommend calling this firm after an auto accident.

I have used this law firm to represent me before with no issues but this time I have serious issues. Half way through my case, they dropped me as a client without reason. I found out I no longer had a lawyer through a 3rd party. They didn't even tell me themselves. When I called to question the reason and get information, I was hung up on multiple times. SYLVIA was the paralegal assigned to my case. She would promise me she would send me important documents that I had requested and then not ever send me them. I waited 2 weeks for the police report she said she would send and I never got it. I had to drive an hour away to get it myself when she could have just hit send. When I texted the number given by SYLVIA to send and receive info about the case, I asked important questions about my medical and appointments and was literally ghosted. I have the text thread proof of her literally ignoring important messages. Now after all that, they still refuse to be professional, picking up the phone and hanging it up as soon as we speak, every time we call. They refuse to give us the case number that our new lawyer needs from them and they won't act like adults for long enough for us get anything done. It is absolutely the most unprofessional I have ever heard of a LAW FIRM being. DO NOT USE COLLIER LAW FOR ANY REASON. Trust the reviewers because there is a reason for how terribly reviewed they are. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They refused to communicate properly, when I shared my frustrations about it they dropped the case and when I tried calling back to get information about what's going on they just hung up on me like a child would, after I said I was going to get another lawyer they won't give me my case number or police report when I asked they just hung up on me.. there's a very clear reason this place has such low reviews, I would stay clear at all cost. I understand not wanting to want to work with someone but to be completely unprofessional is a wild thing to do.
