I am so glad that several years ago I set up my Estate Plan with Attorney Collins and her Collins Law Group. They are comprehensive, attentive, thoughtful and more. In setting up my estate plan they take time to ask enough questions to really understand what I'm achieving, rather than just filling in the blanks. They understand that I'm intentionally trying to preserve and pass on a legacy to my family. In doing so they also have a debriefing meeting to review and make sure I understand my trust and estate plan.My documents are provided to me in an organized folder, also electronically, as well as a copy in a binder to make it easy to refer to. I so appreciate that Collins Law Group records everything necessary with the county recorder, so that I did not have to think about doing that. As I learned from interviewing lawyers, some do not do this, but give their clients instructions on how to do so. With Collins Law Group I had all of this and more included in one fee, which simplified the process for me. As I've needed them over the years they have been available to answer questions. I even needed them to meet virtually with an accountant on my behalf, which they did. Working with Attorney Collins and Collins Law Group makes life more efficient for myself and my family.

You always get legendary service at the Collins Law Group. All of the staff is fantastic. Radeon is very professional and efficient. She explained everything so well. She exceeded our expectations. I will not recommend this practice. I find the positive reviews suspect, and wonder how things will work out for them. I agree with the other negative reviews of don't trust this group. As of this review I have had to contact this practice several times in the last 8 months over the same two issues. The staff for the most part have told me that the issues I'm facing are industry wide, whereas other attorneys I've spoken to have asked why the attorney didn't contact the various banking institutions initially and see if there were special clauses or language needed to move forward. Interestingly enough, I did not get a response from the Lead Attorney until I put this review up, and she demanded I take it down because she felt this was not her fault. I realized after her opening salvo that didn't even include an apology for not returning a call from 2 months ago that the conversation was not going to be productive. She was not interested in hearing what I had to say. Additionally, the level of condescension she felt comfortable directing at me was disgusting. I brought it to a close when it became more than clear she wanted a punching bag, and I wanted answers and help. Her closing statement to me was so disingenuous and blatantly obtuse that I didn't know whether to laugh at the absurdity or just hang up. So enter at your own risk with this one. I'm going to find someone more useful. (Oh, and if you're reading, we paid for the copy.)
