Collins Law firm has been amazing. Shannon especially has been the bees knees. She made sure that i was up to sate on everything happening with my case and how to access my portal to stay abreast as well. Shannon was ever so gracious even when I had 100 questions shee lostened intently and made sure to answer everyone with the greatest amount of detail and had no problem repeating it when needed.

This has been a long journey, but Collins Law appointee Nadia took over my case midstream and answered all my questions with grace and kindness. We are still working out somethings, but it is important to compliment great team members.
