This law firm gave me exactly what I needed. Mrs. Collins is extremely knowledgeable about the law and gets the job done! They are professional and were kind during a time I really needed it. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my legal needs.

I have been trying to get in touch with the paralegal for my trust and when I call she is always in a meeting. Also pay the fees for the work and it's still showing as not being pay. Not really sure I made the right decision with this firm.

Tiffany Collins represented my ex-husband during a custody battle involving serious abuse concerns. I was a young mother trying to protect my toddler, who had been abused by her father’s then-girlfriend. Instead of showing professionalism or care for the child’s best interests, Ms. Collins minimized the abuse, fought aggressively to relieve my ex of child support obligations, and berated me in court for crying while recounting traumatic events. She appeared far more focused on winning and making a name for herself than on seeking justice or protecting a vulnerable child. She even referred to me as “crazy”—language that felt deeply inappropriate and damaging, especially given the context of abuse. Ms. Collins left the case shortly after getting my husband visitation (I assume because she either learned the truth or wanted more money). A few months later, I was awarded custody after a CPS investigation found that there was abuse and neglect. Eight years later, the court again found in my favor and reaffirmed the custody order. My daughter now lives safely with me after the truth about the abuse came to light. Unfortunately, Ms. Collins’s actions contributed to years of unnecessary suffering for my daughter. I share this review not out of bitterness, but as a warning to others: if you’re facing a high-conflict case involving abuse, be cautious. In my experience, Ms. Collins did not prioritize child welfare or basic decency.

Lindsay is truly the definition of professional! She worked tirelessly to help me recover money, meticulously going through every line to ensure the insurance company had charged correctly. I would not recommend this law firm. They took on my very simple estate case and I had to walk them through everything they needed to do because most of it was just common knowledge. They took a huge retainer from me and then took on large expenses that was unnecessary and not approved by me in advance simply because they did not know what they were doing. I have since received a partial refund of retainer and am waiting for refund of rest because they purchased this huge bond that I did not need. Bond company is trying to rectify. Without me asking, they agreed to forego fees and charge for expenses only which was a huge, unneeded bond! I was looking forward to working with an AA, female-owned law group but what a let down.
